1. Meeting the amazing women coming on the Element Concept Women’s Ski Camps, where I coach in off-mountain sessions, designed to encourage and empower them in their learning journey as they build their core technical skills. Everyone of you is an inspirational adventurer!
2. Riding my mountain bike and feeling that free-wheeling freedom on bluebird Spring days fills me with awe and a passion to nurture this natural space.
3. My morning mindfulness walk. Whether 20 minutes or an hour, I walk into the countryside around me, breathing, finding clarity and setting my intentions for the day. As a woman, having lived in cities for nearly 20 years, being streetwise and alert to danger, I am full of heartfelt gratitude for being able to get outside into nature…and to feel completely safe doing it. It’s not something I take for granted, knowing it’s not the everyday reality for so many people.
